Experimenting will all spices, marinades and sauces great and small, Yard & Coop is a joint of juicy birds aplenty dunked in their Henny Penny pressure fryer. Whether Buttermilk is your basting or crummy herbs are your haven, this gaff gives it all a go.
With info still in its early stages, rumour has it the interiors are going to be decked out with polished concrete finishes, a touch of 50s swag in design features and some wall art from local artist Mei Tse.
